Can I add and delete new email addresses in the same billing period in the monthly subscription plan?
You can easily and freely increase or decrease the number of unique subscribers you have registered on our system, providing that you do not go over the limits set for your specific plan.
Please note however that once you have chosen a particular package if you send out the allocated number of emails within your monthly plan, then delete the email addresses from the system to upload new recipients, then our system will combine the total number of emails sent and treat all as unique recipients.
This means you will need to either upgrade your subscription package or wait until the next billing period when your unique subscriber limit will be reset again.
What if I go over my plans limit?
If you try to send above your limits or your subscriber list grows, we’ll notify you and you’ll have an option to upgrade your subscription package or increase the number of email credits you have in the system to accommodate this increase.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package at a later date?
Yes, you can easily upgrade or downgrade to a different package at any time and the new package will take effect from your next billing period, through the “account settings” section of your Campaignconnex account.
What are the terms of the free account?
Our free trial account is available for up to 30 days once you have activated your account and provides you with up to 500 email sends absolutely free of charge. Simply upload your list, design and test your campaign(s) and execute – with all the functionality that our standard package offers. This package will give you ample time to explore our functionality to see if we are the right tool for you – why not try it now!
