Approval Process for 1st Time Senders

Your first campaign will run through an approval process before your campaign is sent to your entire list. The approval process can take up to 90 minutes to complete, but most will be approved inside 30 minutes. You may need to factor this timing in to your schedule so that you can plan accordingly.

During the review process we will undertake spot checks for Spam content, link validation and review your email subscription list. This will produce a spam score (pass or fail) result and your campaign will fall into 1 of 3 categories

A. “Pre-approved” – No additional action required and your campaign will be approved to send. All future campaigns will not need to go through an approval process again except for spot checks. If emails are cancelled, or results are not within the agreed bounce and spam ranges, however, they will need to go through a new approval process.

 
B. “Unsure” – You will be contacted via email with comments addressing potential issues related to spam that will need to be address before approval to send can be provided.

 
C. “Rejected” You will be contacted via email with reason(s) to why your campaign has been rejected and areas that require amendments before you can resubmit for approval.

If ultimately all emails are sent and everything is fine, emails will be pre-approved for all future campaigns and will not need to go through an approval process again except for spot checks.
