Update / Remove / Unsubscribe

Sometimes you will be asked by a recipient to remove them from your list, or to unsubscribe them from a particular newsletter, or given new details about them such as a change in name or email address. In order to make sure that undertaking these changes goes as smoothly as possible for you, simply follow these easy instructions below:

Step 1: Navigate to the List Management Section 

Step 2: Select the list that your subscriber belongs to

Step 3: Enter their name or email address into the search bar to search for them. 

Step 4: Check the box next to the subscriber(s) you wish to edit / remove

Step 5A: Select the appropriate option from Unsubscribe / Delete (As required)

OR

Step 5B: Select the hyper-linked email address of the contact to access the details known about them. This will allow you to see the information stored, and update as needed.
